Home Page Main Menu Descriptions for Easy Navigation

Las Vegas Golf Courses Button
With this option you can view each course with different sorting options, i.e. distance from strip, course caliber, course style, etc. With the click of a button, the courses will sort based on your selection. With the note cards that you see for each course with simple information you can then click on the "Rates & Details" button to take you to that course's individualy webpage where there is more detailed information on your selection. Once on a course page you can read the course description and amenties, view pitctures, check rates and availablity, book online, and get directions. Also on each course page you can click on the alphabetical course list to the left side of the page to navigate through the individual course pages. We have treid to make our website as simple as possible to ensure our customers are well informed before making a decision or which course(s) to play. The articles are written from a local perspective, to ensure non-locals get a good feel for each facility they are interested in.

Book Online Now
With access to our golf courses online 24/7, booking your golf reservations has never been easier. Once the "Book Online Now" button is clicked it takes you to our webpage with all of the courses that are available for online booking. (This option is also available on each individual course page) This option should only be used if you already know what course(s) you want to play and have looked at the individual course page(s) to check for scheduled maintenance. With the ability to select five courses at a time, you can check multiple options for each of your golf dates. Once the courses are selected, you are taken to a calender to select your first day of play. Once a day is seleted, the following page will allow you to select different days of play to put your entire golf package together online. You can select multiple tee times and multiple courses by holding the "Ctrl" key and clicking the tee times you wish to purchase. You are then taken to a credit card screen that does show "Due at Course". NO GREENS FEES ARE TO BE PAID AT THE COURSE. Our tee sheet software is used nationwide and the text is not able to be changed. You will receive an immediate follow up email that states, "Reservations will be prepaid by VIP Golf Services. Your credit card on file will be billed 48-72 hours prior to the day of play. You will not be asked for payment at the golf course. If you have any questions or would like to pay with multiple credit cards, please call us toll free at 877-669-2847." As stated, the credit card on file will be charged once the reservation is inside the golf course cancellation policy, which is 48 or 72 hours prior to the day of play which is noted on your email confirmation. Also if the additional golfers would prefer to pay individually, they can call our office toll free and reference your account with your last name. We can take multiple credit cards to bill each golfer individually, if required. The credit card used during the online booking process will be charged immediately the $1.50 booking fee per person per course by the tee sheet software company, GolfSwitch. This fee is waived by calling our office toll free at (877) 669-2847 and booking with one of our reservation agents over the phone. Your tee times are guaranteed and booked directly to the golf course tee sheet.

Pick Your Day and Price
This option is very similar to "Book Online Now", but you are able view golf course availability based on your own criteria. The main field that needs to be changed is the "Region"; Nevada must be selected in the Region field to reference our 43 Las Vegas Golf Courses. Then you simply select the date of play requested, what time of the day would you like to play, and an aproximate price ranging from $50 to $400. Once the search has begun, the following page will display only one tee time per course that is available based on your criteria. Once a course selection(s) is made, click it's corresponding check box and it will then take you to that particualr course's availability for that day. Again, the dates and times can be changed individually if you require multiple days of booking. You then follow the "Book Online Now" options as described in the previous section. Your tee times are guaranteed and booked directly to the golf course tee sheet(s).

Las Vegas Package Quotes - Contact Us for VIP Services
After all of your research and you are still not sure where to play or if your golf event requires hands-on service, there are a couple other options for you. You can fill out our Package Quote Request Form which gives you all of the necessary fields to detail your golf requirements. These forms come to us via email and a represnetative will begin working on your quote immediately. Policies, Procedures, and Cancellation Information

Reservation Confirmation
Once a reservation is made, you will be sent an email from a VIP Golf Services representative containing our policies, your reservation confirmation as an attached invoice, and directions to your golf course selection(s) as well. We ask our customers to print out the "Invoice", verify the reservation is correct, sign it, and fax the confirmation back to us. This ensures to us that you did receive our email, you are aware of the cancellation policy, and that you understand the billing procedures. We do understand that not all customers have access to a fax machine, so we do take email confirmations for accommodation. Please ask your VIP Golf Services representative for details.

Billing Policy:
NO GREENS FEES ARE TO BE PAID AT THE COURSE. The credit card(s) on file will be billed 48-72 hours prior to the day of play. (Rio Secco, Cascata, and Wolf Creek have a 72 hour cancellation policy; all others are 48 hours) If you prefer to have each player in the group pay their portions individually, please have them contact our office at (877) 669-2847 and have their credit card ready. To reference the account please know the last name in which the reservation was booked under or the customer ID number located on the reservation confirmation named "Invoice" set to you via email. The charge on your statement will be from "VIP Golf Services".

Check in at the Golf Course:
Simply walk into the golf shop and give them your last name (we call it VIP Style). The golf course representative will know that you are from VIP Golf Services and will not ask for payment. Your reservation Confirmation that was emailed to you from VIP Golf Services is not required at check in. If a problem may arise, please remind the golf course representavtive that are prepaid through VIP Golf Services.

After the round:
If you have any feedback, whether it may be positve or negative we are always here for you. Even though we are locals, and do try to play our courses to keep up with their conditions for your, we can not play them all. Please call or send an email to let us know your concerns. Golf Course Cancellation Policy:
Golf course cancellations can be made outside of 48-72 hours prior to your date of play in order to cancel with no charge. Rio Secco Golf Club, Cascata, and Wolf Creek Golf Club are the only three courses that have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made by calling VIP Golf Services. Once inside the course cancellation policy, your credit card on file will be charged. Any changes or cancellations received inside of 48-72 hours prior to play, will be refunded at the sole discretion of the golf course and VIP Golf Services. If a cancellation is made inside of the golf course cancellation policy, and the credit card(s) on file have already been charged, there is a minimum of a $10 cancellation fee per player per day due to the credit card fees associated with the original charge. There are only cancellation fees after the credit card(s) on file has been charged. If your card has not been charged, there is no fee to cancel. Inclement Weather Policy
Cancellations due to weather are up to the golf course on the day of play. We are not in the business to charge our customers if you do not play golf due to bad weather, but being inside of the cancellation policy, it is ultimately up the facility. If the course is deemed unplayable by its management, a full refund will be given minus a $10 rain out fee per player. Please contact a VIP Golf Services representative to ensure your refund. If the course is not deemed unplayable by its management and they do have golfers on the course, a refund will not be given as golf is an outside sport and to be played in wind and light rain.

Golf Course Dress Code:
Please adhere to the following dress code for all courses: Collared shirt, pants/shorts non-denim, and standard soft spikes. On the day of play, if you do not adhere to the golf course dress code and they do not allow you to cancel, a refund will not be given. Please purchase the appropriate attire in the golf shop.

Driving Directions to each Golf Course
Driving directions are available for each course on our satellite map of the city located on the website. If you would like these directions emailed to you, please ask and they will be emailed immediately if not already done so. If you computer does not allow you to open the attachment(s), or if you have any inquiries regarding the location of your hotel in relation the your golf course selections, please do not hesitate to call.
