Complete with confirmation numbers that you are able to print out, checking in at your hotel is not a problem. If an issue does arise, we are located in Las Vegas and are able to contact the hotels directly to better serve you. Being that the hotel rates in Las Vegas change daily due to conventions and other availability requirements, if you see a rate one day and it is more expensive the next, do not be alarmed. It generally means the hotel had a large buy out and now the rates have gone up due to supply and demand. If you see a rate that you feel comfortable with, booking it immediately to secure your rate is the choice for you.

We provide three methods to book hotels:

First, our Online Self Service Method to the left. Here you can view hotel information and details, availability, pricing, options and more by the needs you specify. Once you have found the hotel you wish to book, simply click the book now button and you will begin the reservation process. Once your reservation is complete, you will have your confirmation number and you can rest easy knowing that your hotel is secured at a great value. Using this method, you are billed by NHRB immediately. With our direct relationship, any VIP Golf Services representatives will be more than able and happy to answer any questions that may arise.

Second, if you are unsure of the best hotel property for your needs, have a large group and need a number of rooms, or you wish for all billing to be consolidated with VIPGS, simply Call our office Toll Free: (877) 669-2847. Speak with any knowledgeable VIPGS representative about your Hotel and Package needs. A quote can be worked over the phone, emailed, or faxed directly to you generally the same business day.
