Just 40 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, Tom Fazio has created two of the best courses the city has to offer. The word on the street is that Tom Fazio was asked by hotel giant Steve Wynn not to design another course in Las Vegas after the infamous Shadow-Creek. Well now that Steve Wynn no longer owns Shadow Creek, Tom Fazio was unleashed and now able to roam free.

With that said he has created a masterpiece know as the Primm Valley Golf Club offering the Lakes and Desert course options. This facility has received over 14 awards from publications across the U.S. To name a few, Golf Digest currently has the entire facility sitting at 73 for “Best Golf Resort in the USA.” at www.golfdigest.com. Golf Digest also ranked the Lakes Course “Top 10” after construction back in 1997 and the Desert Course in the “Top 100” soon following its opening. For those who might think that a 40 minute drive from the strip is not worth it, you couldn’t be more wrong. The location is perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas Strip and the peaceful mountain scenery surrounding the facility is quite amazing.
