The Johnny Miller/Chi-Chi designed Badlands Golf Club has three distinct nines: the Desperado, Diablo, and Outlaw courses that will make even the best of golfers think before every shot.

Twenty-seven holes of breathtaking beauty set against majestic Red Rock terrain. Deep-flowing arroyos, canyons, and natural washes surround this desert beast. Badlands has scenic views of the entire valley, unequaled by any golf course in Las Vegas, being that it was developed on the highest elevation level in the city. There are some shots at this facility that will keep your knees a knocken. Just put it this way, par is a good score for any player on the majority of the course You might want to pack some extra golf balls, maybe a dozen or two, but worth every swing. You will want to play it again next year, because you will have thought about your quadruple bogey back in the office many of times. Number eight on the Desperado course is a hole that you will never forget. Playing 196 yards from the tips, the green on this par-3 is entirly guarded by a rock arroyo. Your shot must carry the entire rock landscape in order to have a chance at seeing the dance floor. Good luck on this one!

Moving on to an area that is generally the least important when it comes to booking a golf course, but in this case a wonderful asset. Their entire fleet of golf carts are equipped with the Coolwell Comfort System. This is a unit that replaces the cooler, with a Heater or Air Conditioner unit depending on the season. They know that golf is hard enough and you must feel comfortable to play your best. The unit does have enough room for two cans/1 bottle to be chilled as well. Badlands is the only course in the entire city to offer this luxurious accommodation.

Badlands Golf Club is 15-20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. It has full practice facilities available: A 16-station driving range, chipping green and putting green will allow you to fine tune your game before challenging the Desperado, Diablo or Outlaw courses. The Badlands is a public Las Vegas golf course featuring a full-service clubhouse with restaurant, bar, and a golf shop that features many leading brands. Dress Code:
Men: Collared shirts with sleeves and non-denim, mid length shorts or pants.

Women: Collared shirt, sleeveless blouse of conservative design, and non-denim, mid-length shorts or pants.

Clothing that is not appropriate includes: denim shorts, denim jeans, t-shirts, swimming attire, gym shorts, halter-tops, tank tops, cut-offs and other dress that is deemed inappropriate. The Club reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is dressed inappropriately.
Non-metal spikes must be worn while on the course.
