Another important thing to know about VIP Golf Services, which is completely different from all of our competitors, especially the last minute discounters that have absolutely no customer service, is trying to cancel once you are locked in and your credit card has been charged. All of our competitors have the same philosophy, especially the ones where you pay in full upfront on the day of the booking; once they have your money and you need to cancel inside of the cancellation policy, they make you deal with the course(s) and do nothing special for you. VIPGS on the other hand doesn't charge you until you are locked in (2-3 days in advance) and will call the golf course directly and speak to a Head Professional or General Manager to see about getting our customers a refund if someone is sick/injured or has to fly out of Las Vegas due to an emergency. We have taken care of many customers in the past and given countless refunds for golfers cancelling inside of the cancellation policy. 95% of our customers receive the majority of their green fees back, minus a small cancellation fee for pulling some strings to make it happen. Some courses are more strict than others and simply do not budge inside of the cancellation policy, as to why we do not guarantee refunds 100% of the time. With our reputation and a valid reason for the cancellation, we can generally work out some kind of refund for our customers, instead of a rain check or nothing at all as in most cases with our competitors. This shows our customers how important they are to us, as to why we have so many repeat customers and not one complaint with a credit card company or the Better Business Bureau. For over the last ten years now we have watched our competitors go out of business and then try to reopen their websites again with a new phone number and different person answering the phone. The reason they do this is that they are located in different states so they can hide and not have to pay any of their debt when filing for bankruptcy. We are located here in Las Vegas and know almost every golf shop staff member, Head Professional, or General Manger in the city. We are all locals to Las Vegas; this is our home town and we book golf with a passion. Everything worked out perfect and I enjoyed using the Taylor clubs.I just wish I was a better golfer! The guys in my group wished they had rented, as well, instead of bringing their clubs. The cost difference between your rental & the extra fees the airline's charge, it isn't worth the hassle of bringing your personal clubs for a few days rental. In addition, I will be contacting you next time I am out for tee times, as the guy that was supposed to get us hooked up dropped the ball and we scrambled as the last second for tee times. The clubs were at the bell desk at TI on time, the shuttles for both days were there early and the drivers were great and fun to be with. 69. This was our best golf trip. The course selection was perfect for our golf experience. Personally I enjoyed Badlands, besides I only lost one ball there. We will definitely will be back in the spring, but we are also considering a fall trip. These are the courses we would like to play next time - Revere (Lexington), Rhodes Ranch, and either Reflexion Bay or Bear's Best or a suggestion from you.

I recently traveled to Las Vegas on a business trip and since I was bringing along one of my key employees whom is an avid golfer I thought I would take advantage of some of the local courses. The challenge was how do I find, evaluate, choose, and book Tee times for Las Vegas golf from Dover NH? I had the good fortune to find your company’s web site on line and launched a call. I was very happy when a human being answered the phone and I knew I had called the right place when you started telling me about some of the local courses. (Oh and did I mention it was last minute?). The golf was fantastic and we had a blast playing the mix of courses you suggested. The icing on the cake came when several other golfers I played with cringed when I told them the prices we paid for our rounds. It seams that the other travelers had invested quite a bit more money for their golf than we did, they couldn’t write your number down fast enough!
