Another important thing to know about VIP Golf Services, which is completely different from all of our competitors, especially the last minute discounters that have absolutely no customer service, is trying to cancel once you are locked in and your credit card has been charged. All of our competitors have the same philosophy, especially the ones where you pay upfront on the day of the booking; once they have your money and you need to cancel inside of the cancellation policy, they make you deal with the course and do nothing special for you. VIPGS on the other hand doesn't charge you until you are locked in (2-3 days in advance) and will call the golf course directly and speak to the Head Pro or General Manager to see about getting our customers a refund if someone is sick or has to fly out of Las Vegas due to an emergency. We have taken care of many customers in the past and given multiple refunds for golfers cancelling inside of the cancellation policy. 95% of our customers receive the majority of their green fees back, minus a small cancellation fee for pulling some string to make it happen. Some courses are more strict than others and simply do not budge inside of the cancellation policy, as to why we do not guarantee refunds 100% of the time. With our reputation and a valid reason for the cancellation, we can generally work out some kind of refund for our customers, instead of a rain check or nothing at all as in most cases with our competitors. This shows our customers how important they are to us, as to why we have so many repeat customers and not one complaint with a credit card company or the Better Business Bureau in over 5 years.    It was great to play 3 new courses to add to the list of tracks we have now played in your city. We have now played 14 different courses over the years, and the last one we played on Saturday was the best yet. Rio Secco is an excellent test of golf, and the treatment from all the staff there was exceptional. I can now understand why Butch Harmon always mentions the course when he is commentating on Sky TV in England. For the record, my son Daniel shot 4 over (gross) on all 3 courses (7 handicap) whilst there, and I just managed to shoot level par (net) off 13.
